Tony was amazing in the servicing of my gas lanterns. Timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the work he does. He even took my damaged lantern home over the weekend, repairing it to like new condition (and saving me well over $1K in replacement cost). Can't praise this service highly enough - if you have gas lanterns in Charleston, Tony is your man for maintenance, repair and service!

Tony recently installed a gas line at my house for a lantern installation as well as installed the lantern itself. The process of getting an estimate, scheduling and completing the work was smooth and easy. Our lantern looks great. I am so impressed and grateful for this company. We were having an issue with our gas logs and I had called two other companies that were booking 2-4 weeks out and charging $250 solely for the service call. Christian came AN HOUR after I called for service and my gas logs were fixed within just a few minutes. The best part, besides having a working fireplace for 20 degree weather, was the $89 service charge. Cannot recommend them enough.

I’m extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received from 1st Choice A/C Heating Plumbing & Gas. I called first thing on December 31st to report a problem with my water heater. Chris, the technician called me in 5 minutes to ask some follow up questions and let me know that it was not my water heater but the valve on the shower. He told me he would be there in 10 minutes because he didn’t want us to be without hot water. He was to evaluate the problem. He provided me the most economical solution and told me to feel free to call him back out if I needed further assistance. Chris was kind and thorough in his inspection and instructions in order to get my shower working. I appreciate him coming so quickly.

Chris was prompt, professional and very competent and knowledgeable in answering our plumbing questions. The office phone staff was also very helpful and was able to get us quick answers and quick response for a home visit estimate.. Will definitely call on them again! Would have given more than five stars if possible.
